By opting into LaSara text messages, you’ll receive helpful updates about your treatments, appointment reminders, exclusive offers, and health tips designed to support your wellness journey.
- Opting Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our short code. After you send “STOP,” you’ll receive one final confirmation message letting you know you’ve been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from LaSara. If you want to rejoin, simply sign up again and we’ll resume sending messages.
- Getting Help
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly at admin@lasara.com or 949-520-1551.
- Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message Frequency & Rates
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from LaSara. You can expect to receive up to 4 messages per month (frequency may vary depending on your treatment program). For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
